Imperium Loop Collection & Paladin Series Warranty:
For all sales starting 8/9/23 - At Solace Bands, we prioritize high-quality designs and longest-lasting materials. We are aware that our sport bands, namely our braided nylon material, are susceptible to stretching out over long term use. We have made significant upgrades to our design to avoid this issue, but have concluded that with extended use the band may still stretch out. This is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Imperium Loops and Paladin Series bands up to 3 times a year. Solace warrants that these bands are free against defects under normal use for the lifespan of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 8/9/23
What is not covered in the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs. Products that were not purchased from Solacebands.com or an authorized Solace Bands reseller are not covered under the warranty. If a product is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty will no longer be applicable from the date of discontinuation.
While we stand by the quality of all our products, we are unable to offer a Lifetime Warranty on discontinued products due to potential difficulties in sourcing parts or providing suitable replacements.
How do I submit a Warranty Claim?
Users must submit a photo or video of the defected band for review at https://solacebands.com/a/return/Warranty under the warranty claim section. If approved, the customer will receive a free replacement band. In order to receive the replacement the customer must cover the cost of Shipping and handling ($6.99).
Perma Collection, Templar Band, and Nova Band Warranty:

Solace warrants that the Perma Band is free against defects from material and manufacturing under normal use for the lifespan of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 8/9/23.
