Solace Bands Creator Content Terms

By joining the Solace Bands creator program and submitting or authorizing use of any content, you (the Creator) agree:

1. Ownership & rights. You created the content yourself, or you hold all rights and licenses needed to grant the rights below. All footage, images, music, and other materials are original to you or properly licensed for commercial advertising use.

2. People & releases. You have obtained any appearance, likeness, and location releases from every identifiable person and property shown, permitting use in paid advertising.

3. No unlicensed material. You will not submit content containing third-party footage, images, or music you do not own or have a valid license to use in paid ads. Stock or third-party material is allowed only if you hold a license covering commercial/advertising use, and you will provide proof on request.

4. License to Solace. You grant Solace Bands a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, repurpose, and run the content as paid and organic advertising across digital platforms (including Meta and TikTok), through both your accounts and Solace's accounts.

5. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Solace Bands harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, including any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.

6. Removal. You may ask Solace to stop using any content at any time; Solace will turn it off and pay out spend earned up to that point.
