What is the return policy?

We prioritize delivering the best service to each and every customer. Therefore, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Our refund policy on products lasts 30 days. But, we offer a lifetime guarantee on our watch bands. See more here

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business days from the order date. Products will be shipped the day after processing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Do you ship to the UK/EU?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
