Lifetime Warranty

At Solace Bands we prioritize high-quality design and longest-lasting materials. Solace warrants that the products are free against defects from material and manufacturing under normal use for the lifespan of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 8/9/23.

What is not covered in the Warranty?

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs. Products that were not purchased from Solacebands.com or an authorized Solace Bands Reseller are not covered under the warranty. If a product is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty will no longer be applicable from the date of discontinuation.

While we stand by the quality of all our products, we are unable to offer a Lifetime Warranty on discontinued products due to potential difficulties in sourcing parts or providing suitable replacements.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim?

Users must submit a photo or video of the defected band for review at https://solacebands.com/a/return/Warranty under the warranty claim section. If approved, the customer will receive a free replacement band. In order to receive the replacement the customer must cover the cost of shipping and handling.
