Returns And Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the processing fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. We do our best to make you comfortable, because let’s face it, you're the best.

 

1. Check your box or email for your order number. Also have your zip code ready!

2. Head to https://solacebands.com/a/return and follow the prompts to complete your return.

3. Use the pre-paid shipping label to send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging! If you no longer have the label, you can print another one from https://solacebands.com/a/return.

4. You'll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped, and 10-14 days for returns using the in-box form.
