How to Make a Return
1. Grab your order detailsCheck your box or email for your six (6) digit order number, and have your zip code and email address used to purchase ready.
2. Start your returnHead to our returns portal: https://solacebands.com/pages/returns-and-exchangesand follow the quick prompts to get everything set up.
3. Send it backUse the prepaid shipping label to return your item(s) in their original packaging. Need a new label? You can easily reprint one in the portal.
4. We’ll keep you updatedYou’ll receive email updates as your return is processed. Most online returns are completed within 1–2 business days after arrival to our warehouse. Returns submitted using the in-box form may take 10–14 days.
